• B-BBEE verification services
  Ardent Business Partners will conduct a comprehensive B-BBEE analysis of your organisation based on the DTI’s verification manual. We strictly follow the Codes of Good Practice as gazetted in February 2007, the Interpretive Guide issued in June 2007 and the verification manual issued in July 2008. Our B-BBEE certificate is widely recognised in the market.In addition to the certificate, you will also receive a detailed scorecard for your internal use as well as a detailed Assessment report detailing our findings during the assessment.

• Supplier verification services
  Preferential procurement element of B-BBEE looks at the compliance status of the organisation’s suppliers. This element together with Equity Ownership element carries the highest points in B-BBEE scorecard. It is therefore imperative that organisations know the BEE compliance status of their suppliers before they get assessed themselves. Through our supplier verification services, we’ll assist organisations to identify the black owned SMME’s in their supplier database and encourage them to get rated and where possible assist in getting them verified.

• B-BBEE Training
  We provide wide range of training services both to private and government sectors. We offer generic training to those organisations new to the process or who want to refresh their knowledge and understanding of B-BBEE. Generic courses focus on the recent developments and the implementation process. Organisations will know how they get affected by B-BBEE, the advantages of being compliant, and will also learn how to incorporate the BEE into their overall strategic objectives. Customised courses are specific to the client’s needs. These courses are more detailed zoning in specific element(s) or issues as identified together with the client. Courses are presented at different levels within the organisation such as at EXCO level, functional heads level, general staff level and even at supplier level.

• Supplier workshop management
  In line with the objectives of Supplier Verification Services, we’ll conduct training workshops with your suppliers or members for association entities. This an awareness program aimed at ensuring your suppliers are not left behind in the verification process. The more your suppliers are educated on the subject the higher anticipated level of their compliance, which in turn improves your own chances of higher score in Preferential Procurement element.

• Pre-assessment scoring
  With our anywhere easily accessed tool, our business partners can pre-assess themselves before formalising their B-BBEE status. Our pre-assessment scoring tool allows our business partners to capture data as if they are being verified and the output is the self-assessed B-BBEE scorecard. This is the most user friendly tool with help text at your fingertips should the need arise.
